These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and digitalis.io Limited, the operator of pulsusdb.io. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website
The website currently provides product information, technical content, documentation links and access to the open source project. It does not provide a hosted telemetry service or user accounts

You may browse the website and use its public materials for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, overload the service, evade access controls or use the website in a way that infringes another person’s rights
PulsusDB software
The PulsusDB source code is published separately on GitHub under the GNU Affero General Public License version 3. That licence governs your rights to use, copy, modify and distribute the software, including its warranty and liability terms
These website terms do not restrict or replace rights granted by the open source licence. Code, documentation and examples may change while the project is under active development
Website content and intellectual property
Unless a separate licence says otherwise, the website design, copy, graphics and brand assets belong to digitalis.io Limited or its licensors. You may not present them as your own or use the PulsusDB or digitalis.io branding in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation
Third-party product names, marks and links are used for identification and interoperability information. Their respective owners retain all rights in them
Third-party websites and services
The website links to GitHub, digitalis.io and other third-party websites. Those services are operated under their own terms and privacy notices. digitalis.io Limited is not responsible for their availability, security or content
Availability and changes
